Entries close on 15 May 2007.  NZ President, Warren Burke advises that this event has been opened up to all IBSF member countries so everyone should be given the chance to enter.This event will run alongside the European Snooker Championships being held in Carlow at the same time and culminating in a joint closing ceremony oon 16 June.  The EBSA have invited the committee of the English Billiards Open Series (EBOS) to administer the running of this tournament on their behalf.
