The New Zealand Billiards & Snooker Association Annual General Meeting and the NZ Billiards & Snooker Referees Association Annual General Meeting are scheduled to be held at the ACBS Clubrooms, 713 Mt Albert Road, Royal Oak, Auckland on Sunday 11 July at the following times:

• NZBS Referees Association Annual General Meeting : 08.30 am
• NZBSA Annual General Meeting : 10.00 am

The New Zealand B-Grade Billiards event will commence at 01.00 pm.
